Woot! or should I say w00t? (Official Day of Nerdom)

So, I cant even begin to tell you how excited I am about this....

Now as many of you know, I have watched every episode of Stargate SG-1... and I am a big fan...

The idea of exploring new worlds has always intrigued me... ask anyone who knows me well and they can tell you I have my head in the clouds all the time, thinking about aliens and other worlds... (and that was before Stargate lol)

So anyway, the other day I say to someone "I wish they would make a Stargate video game"

Today.... like 5 minutes ago, I became a beta tester for STARGATE: WORLDS woot

Its due out in 2009 and I am SOOOOOOOOO excited... its gonna be an MMORPG FPS... but its not just shooting. There will be teams (like SG-1 woot) and each team member will have specific functions... so there will be a group dynamic there (woot again)

and you can explore, negotiate, examine ruins, study civilizations.... I think my excitement is on overload right now, lol....

This is the official date of my Nerdom...

Whodathunkit? I go from cheerleader to beta tester for a science fiction mmorpg fps... aish...

So, I am extremely excited. Beyond words... I almost punched my computer screen (on accident obviously) bc when I saw I could do beta, i flung my arms out like i was Rocky and I just won a prize fight lol....

Ok, so theres my happy bit for the day... I think I am gonna go make some coffee and rejoice some more...
